Here at Acon Print Finising, one of the main services we offer is cardboard engineering and CAD design. After taking a detailed brief from the customer, our experienced team use their technical knowledge and creative expertise to develop a bespoke prototype or mock-up of the product. This can be produced either in plain card or fully printed, allowing our clients to see a very close approximation of the final finished design before full production begins.
 
This process plays a vital role in refining dimensions, checking structural integrity, and ensuring that the design is both practical and visually effective. Any adjustments can be made at this stage, saving time and reducing costs further down the line.
 
The video shown demonstrates our sample maker in action, precisely cutting and creasing the card using specialist equipment to create a high-quality mock-up.
